Paella on the Patio - The Black Paella Finale

We’re bringing Paella on the Patio to a suitably dramatic close with black paella—arroz negro. Made with squid ink, seafood, saffron, rich stock and rice cooked until it develops that all-important crispy base, it’s bold, savoury and unmistakably Spanish. Served with lemon and garlicky aioli alongside. Join us on the patio for the final Thursday of our Spanish series, with Spanish wines, cold beers, vermouth and accompaniments available throughout the evening. £16-20.
